FAQs

  • We are solely commission based, we pride ourselves on being a brand that you can trust. We never price gouge and all of our recommendations are based on our guest’s best interest in mind. We are not looking to create the highest price, we want our guests to have the greatest experience.

  • The average time to get to Tulum from Cancun Airport with a private driver is approximately an hour and 30 minutes to an hour and 45 minutes depending on traffic. The transit time via Helicopter is about 30 minutes. Upon your arrival, we will have someone there to greet you with the name of your group on a sign.

  • Everyone loves to stay in the Hotel Zone with a great ocean view and within walking distance of the Tulum Hot Spots. Many of our guests prefer the privacy, freedom, and accessibility of the private villas in Aldea Zama and La Veleta. There is no need to book through Airbnb, we work directly with the owners of many private properties to get you the best price for your luxurious stay in Tulum.

  • The first thing we suggest is not to take a taxi, taxi prices are not regulated in Tulum. We have some taxi drivers who we trust to get you from point A to point B at a reasonable price when necessary. We suggest for our guests in the Hotel Zone rent a scooter or ATV to go around traffic and easy parking. For our guests staying in Luxury accommodations in Aldea Zama and La Veleta, we suggest going all out with an RZR or having a private driver to take you safely and wait for you between destinations. • Historically, the beach clubs with the largest crowds are Tantra and Taboo. Preferably we like to send our guests to Bagatelle, Mia Beach Club at Selina, and for a more Tulum-style beach experience with a higher level of maturity, we suggest Kanaan. • Cenotes are a magical, natural occurrence in Quintana Roo. We have some private cenotes that we offer through specialized tours but if you are looking for a party while enjoying this natural wonder, Vesica and Buuts’ Ha’ will fill all your needs.

  • If you’re looking to party while you dine, Rosa Negra, Bagatelle, Caprice, Ilios, and Gitano are always lively. When it comes to higher-level dining Bak by Harry will still present you with great food and great energy, while Casa Banana, Mirelas, Loco Tulum, and Kitchen Table will satisfy your tastebuds in a more intimate setting. If you’re looking for any dining experiences outside of the Hotel Zone, go to our reservations page for our top recommendations.

  • There are many different restaurants that put on high-quality shows. Our favorite show for Bachelorette Parties and Date Night is at Caprice, they put on the most intricate show, featuring a full-on burlesque performance with live singing and interaction with the crowd. Bak by Harry is definitely a must-see if you’re looking for a Mayan fire show. Ilios has an interactive traditional Greek plate smashing that guests participate in. On Tuesdays, Mamazzita does an interactive salsa night with a live band and singer. Go to our reservations page for more information.

  • For Saturday night, we always suggest Papaya Playa Project, this is what Tulum is all about. Buying a ticket is definitely not the way to go, reserving a table with us will get you the position that you should be in while greatly reducing your alcohol consumption costs. We also big fans of Vagalume for a Tulum nightlife experience. Many of the dinner parties will keep you entertained throughout the night.
